About the role
Ikhoi Recruitment is partnering with a fast‑growing energy client to hire a Senior Python Engineer. You will work in a collaborative, technically strong team that values continuous learning, mentorship, and high‑impact delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, reliable Python‑based software solutions.
- Ensure alignment with architectural principles and cloud best practices.
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps to deliver high‑quality features.
- Estimate work, lead feature delivery and mentor junior engineers.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong background in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile delivery.
- Proven technical leadership and communication skills.
