Senior Quantexa Data Engineer (Hybrid, Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quantex​a Data Engineer to lead the technical development of Quantexa‑based solutions for a global technology leader. Based in Leeds with a hybrid working model, you will design and deliver robust data pipelines and configure Quantexa components to support client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark, Scala and Python on Databricks.
• Configure and optimise Quantexa components to meet client requirements.
• Lead technical delivery on client data‑engineering and integration projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Support containerisation and orchestration initiatives with Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Quantexa Data Engineer, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven ability to design and implement end‑to‑end data solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of Spark, Scala and Python within a Databricks environment.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling is advantageous.
