Senior Quantity Surveyor – Central London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship development in the heart of West Central London. The role offers full commercial responsibility for a high‑profile scheme and the chance to work with an established senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full commercial ownership of allocated packages from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare, negotiate and agree subcontract orders, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Manage cost reporting, cost variance reports (CVRs) and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Support and mentor Assistant and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors.
• Collaborate with the project delivery team to protect margin and drive value.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a UK main contractor or Tier 1‑3 subcontractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (MRICS desirable but not essential).
• Strong commercial acumen and delivery focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
