Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Edinburgh/Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected consultancy operating across Scotland. The role offers hybrid working between office, home and project sites, with the chance to manage high‑value projects from inception to final account while supporting your chartership and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre‑contract through to final account, producing cost plans and tender documentation.
• Oversee post‑contract cost management and contract administration duties.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver projects independently across residential, hotel, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.

Required profile

• Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) qualification and experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
