Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor in the North West. The role will oversee commercial aspects of long‑term infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery from award to final account.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial management of projects from award through to final account.
• Administration of subcontractor accounts and procurement activities.
• Managing change control, compensation events and variations.
• Cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Contract administration and risk management.
• Supporting project teams to maximise commercial performance.
• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities or related sectors.
• Strong contract administration experience.
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
