About the role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our regional construction team in central London. The role will focus on a large‑scale, prestigious project, providing commercial insight and supporting the delivery of the programme. You will work closely with the management and contract teams to ensure financial performance meets targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team.
- Prepare and review monthly cost/value reports, analysing trends with other contract team members.
- Measure works on site and agree quantities with clients and subcontractors.
- Certify and monitor subcontractor accounts, ensuring payments align with forecasts.
Required profile
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar quantity surveying role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
