Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leeds

About the role

Gold Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its civil engineering team on a major infrastructure project in Leeds and West Yorkshire. The position offers long‑term security, career progression and a balanced work‑life environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts from procurement through final account.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications and cost reports.
• Administer NEC contracts and control change processes.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support procurement and supply‑chain activities.
• Produce internal commercial reporting and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial team members.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or rail projects.
• Currently operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level or ready to step up.
• Strong commercial, contractual and communication abilities.
