Senior Real Estate Development Solicitor

About the role

We are seeking a senior solicitor to join our Real Estate Development & Living sector in Tunbridge Wells. The role involves advising leading developers, investors and land promoters on high‑profile residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial development transactions.
• Draft and negotiate strategic land, options, promotion and joint‑venture agreements.
• Advise on Single Family Housing, Build‑to‑Rent and affordable housing schemes.
• Support investment, regeneration and financing matters across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with planning, construction, corporate and finance teams to deliver commercially focused advice.

Required profile

• Significant experience in real estate development law.
• Proven track record handling complex development transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead within a development team.

Required skills

• Expertise in real estate development legal matters.
• Knowledge of land transactions, joint‑venture structures and housing schemes.
