Senior Recruiter – Financial Services (Manston)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our Financial Services desk in Manston. The role focuses on the IFA, wealth management and financial planning sectors, offering autonomy and strong earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for financial planning roles such as Paraplanners, Financial Advisers, IFA Administrators and Wealth Managers.
• Develop and expand relationships with existing and new clients across the IFA, wealth management and financial planning markets.
• Win new business and grow your own client portfolio.
• Source, screen and place high‑quality candidates, handling offer negotiation and placement.
• Create and advertise targeted job adverts on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline within the financial services sector.
• Achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets.
• Act as a senior point of contact for the team when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Financial Services recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the IFA, wealth management and financial planning market.
• Track record of successful 360 recruitment and consistent billing.
• Confident business developer capable of winning and growing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially aware.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
