About the role

Taktile is scaling its AI‑native solutions for banks and insurers and needs a Senior Recruiter to be the face of the company for future talent. Based in our London office, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring journey for go‑to‑market (GTM) roles, ensuring a fast, high‑quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle for GTM positions, from role scoping to offer close.
• Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools, and creative outreach.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to shape job requirements and keep searches aligned with shifting priorities.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Leverage data to monitor pipeline health, identify drop‑offs, and drive actionable hiring decisions.
• Support employer branding through events, content, and community engagement.
• Coordinate post‑offer handoffs with People Ops, including onboarding, relocation, and visa support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑growth startups or fast‑moving environments.
• Proven track record hiring across GTM functions such as Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing.
• Strong partnership mindset with hiring leaders and ability to influence talent strategy.
• Data‑driven approach to recruitment metrics and funnel management.
