About the role

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator – EMEA is an individual contributor who provides high‑level operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function. Primary ownership includes complex interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, and recruiting operations across multiple EMEA locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume, multi‑country interview logistics, including virtual and in‑person sessions.
• Coordinate domestic and international candidate travel, preparing detailed itineraries and handling changes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a seamless, high‑touch experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS, support recruiting metrics, and develop process documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or Talent Acquisition operations.
• Proven ability to schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
• Experience managing international candidate travel and handling travel disruptions.
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills for confidential searches.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
