Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cyber Security

About the role

Join a fast‑growing cyber security recruitment team in Cheltenham and own your own desk in one of the most exciting tech sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and placing high‑calibre candidates for market‑leading clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the cyber security sector.
• Source top talent using job boards, social media, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and market movements to provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in cyber security or a related tech field.
• Strong understanding of cyber security roles, technologies and market trends.
• Experience with permanent recruitment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment software.
• Results‑driven and motivated to consistently hit targets.
• Commutable to central Cheltenham.
