Senior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Milton Keynes office and lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering talent. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes across a range of technical disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end 360° recruitment process, from business development to placement.
• Generate new client relationships through strategic outreach, networking and pitching.
• Source, assess and place engineers in civil, mechanical, electrical and other technical fields.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensure a seamless, professional experience for all parties throughout the recruitment journey.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the engineering sector.
• Strong ability to build trust quickly and close deals confidently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self‑motivation and a results‑first mindset.
• Good understanding of the engineering talent market and industry trends.
