Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Marks Consulting Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a specialist market within the housing, property and regeneration sectors. You will work from our Bushey office, building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates while driving revenue for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business, establishing fresh client relationships.
• Develop and manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business.
• Build a high‑quality candidate pipeline within your specialist market.
• Run recruitment campaigns from brief to successful placement, handling negotiations and offers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insight and recruitment expertise.
• Promote your personal brand through LinkedIn and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
• Strong commercial mindset and a passion for business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, ambitious and competitive attitude.
• Experience in property, housing, construction or public‑sector recruitment is a plus.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
