Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in Digital Transformation. You will join a team of expert consultants, working with both start‑ups and international corporations, and will have access to a cutting‑edge technology stack to source and place top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling job adverts from client briefs.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
• Arrange interviews, provide feedback and manage offers.
• Oversee onboarding of successful candidates.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong interest in Digital Transformation or technology sectors.
• Proven billing and business‑development success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and computer literacy.
• Ability to commute to Bristol or nearby areas.
