Senior Recruitment Consultant – Nursing

About the role

MedicsPro is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant) specialising in nursing to join its fast‑growing healthcare recruitment team in Romford. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement and after‑care, while building strong relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source nursing candidates through headhunting, warm calling, networking, marketing and social media.
• Manage the complete candidate journey, including compliance checks, pay‑rate discussions and final negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system.
• Develop and nurture relationships with client organisations and key decision‑makers, understanding their staffing needs.
• Prepare CVs and communicate suitable candidates to clients via client portals.
• Oversee candidate timesheets, resolve queries and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Plan and prioritise workload to maximise opportunities for both candidates and clients.

Required skills
