Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Distribution

About the role

We are seeking a senior relationship manager to work with Quilter’s network of appointed representative (AR) firms and self‑employed national advisers across the United Kingdom. Based at home, you will travel within Central England or the West Midlands to support firms in running profitably, growing sustainably and planning confident exits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide objective, non‑regulated advice on strategy, structure, management and operations to AR firms and national advisers.
• Help clients maximise business development in line with Quilter’s corporate objectives and sales targets.
• Ensure customer outcomes remain central to all decision‑making processes.
• Collaborate with a panel of strategic partner and key‑account AR firms to understand their positioning and support their growth plans.
• Act as a business consultant, delivering tangible value and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (Level 5) in wealth‑management distribution or related consultancy.
• Proven ability to work with appointed representatives and independent advisers.
• Willingness to travel within Central England or the West Midlands.
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on customer outcomes.
