Senior Remote Security Operations Centre (SOC) Manager

About the Role

Join SecuriGroup as a Remote Security Manager and become a key player within our high-performance Security Operations Centre (SOC). Based in our Glasgow hub, you will act as a central coordinator, ensuring the safety and security of our key accounts through proactive monitoring and rapid incident response across the UK and Ireland.

Main Missions

• Monitor CCTV systems for a portfolio of key accounts to ensure continuous site security.
• Conduct and manage scheduled remote patrols and real-time surveillance.
• Identify potential risk factors and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage and respond to on-site incidents in real-time, including coordination with emergency services when necessary.
• Produce high-quality management reports (nightly, daily, and weekly) and compile statistical data for performance tracking.
• Oversee staff scheduling and handle administrative requests from personnel and management.
• Provide expert advice on escalated incidents and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive professional experience within the security sector is essential.
• Proven ability to work flexible hours: night shifts during weekdays and 24/7 availability during weekends.
• Strong administrative capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and emergency services.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during incident management.
