Senior Residential Conveyancer – Chester

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join our market‑leading residential conveyancing department in Chester. You will work with a strong client base, handling high‑quality property transactions while benefiting from a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post‑completion.
• Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions for clients in Chester and the surrounding North West area.
• Provide first‑class client service and maintain accurate case records.
• Collaborate with the conveyancing team to ensure timely and efficient completions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
• Experience supporting, training and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent client‑care and communication skills.
