Senior Residential Conveyancer

About the role

We are partnering with a growing Bristol law firm to hire a Senior Residential Conveyancer for its Second‑Hand Homes team. The successful candidate will manage a high‑quality residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a seamless client experience from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied portfolio of second‑hand residential property transactions.
• Manage each file independently, overseeing the process from instruction to completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• Minimum five years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet billing targets.
• Strong client‑care and relationship‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of residential property transactions and conveyancing procedures.
