Senior Residential Conveyancer – Newcastle (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a leading regional law firm in Newcastle. The role offers hybrid working, strong administrative support and the chance to manage your own caseload within a collaborative property team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a varied residential conveyancing portfolio from instruction to completion.
• Process freehold, leasehold, shared‑ownership, new‑build and complex title transactions.
• Coordinate with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary and Post‑Registration Clerk.
• Maintain high‑quality client service and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing around 25 new residential instructions per month.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold, leasehold, shared‑ownership and specialist property matters.
• Excellent client communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive approach to networking and business development.

• Case management system proficiency
