Senior Revit Technician (Interiors)

About the role

A growing Bristol-based architectural practice, recruited through its client, is looking for an experienced Senior Revit Technician (Interiors) to join a team working on a major commercial project across multiple buildings. The role works closely with the Creative Lead and the wider multidisciplinary team, focusing on technical drawing packages, design coordination and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical delivery and contribute to design development
• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages and manage design coordination
• Support client engagement and deliver projects efficiently across all relevant RIBA stages
• Support junior team members

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or relevant qualification
• Proven experience delivering complex interior projects across RIBA stages
• Background in interior design or interior architecture, confident on complex, large-scale projects
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and ability to lead, delegate and support juniors
• Desirable: commercial or private sector project experience

Required skills

• Strong Revit capability, including structuring models and producing detailed technical packages
• Ability to produce bespoke joinery packages and detailed design solutions
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and BSA legislation
• Client-facing skills and ability to manage expectations
• Desirable: Enscape or SketchUp; awareness or use of AI tools in design workflows
