Senior RF Electronics Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior RF Electronics Engineer to join a leading innovation‑driven team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of cutting‑edge RF projects that span mobile communications, sensors, robotics, IoT and space applications.

Key responsibilities

• Capture requirements and develop project specifications for RF products.
• Design, simulate and validate RF‑based circuits, including amplifiers, filters and frequency synthesizers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Lead or contribute to project teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Utilise state‑of‑the‑art RF labs and equipment to prototype and test designs.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in RF or Electronics (MEng/PhD level preferred).
• Senior‑level post‑graduate experience designing RF circuits, preferably with team or project leadership.
• Hands‑on experience of the full product lifecycle, from requirement capture to final delivery.
• Eligibility for unrestricted security clearance.

Required skills

• Microwave and high‑frequency RF design.
• Analogue circuit design and simulation.
• Amplifier, filter and frequency synthesizer design.
• Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools.
