Senior RFP Writer

About the role

The Senior RFP Writer will support Amundi’s sales process by responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due‑diligence questionnaires and ad‑hoc requests. Working within the Global RFP Team, the role collaborates with investment, sales and other internal teams to produce high‑quality, compliant documentation that showcases Amundi’s investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and deliver timely responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for prospective and existing clients across Amundi’s global distribution platform.
• Gather and synthesize information from the firm’s RFP database (Responsive) and various internal sources to accurately represent investment processes and product offerings.
• Work closely with global sales, investment, and support teams to create compelling, standards‑compliant documents.
• Utilise the RFP platform and data systems to produce accurate drafts, ensuring high readability and adherence to specifications.
• Manage the end‑to‑end RFP process, including follow‑up questions, multiple deadlines, and coordination of graphics, tables and other visual elements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keep the RFP content team updated with new material.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
