Senior Sales Acquisition Manager

About the role

As a Senior Sales Acquisition Manager within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, you will lead the generation of new sales opportunities and customer acquisition for the Tools and Equipment portfolio in the independent automotive aftermarket. You will own key accounts, collaborate across Bosch functions, and drive growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and acquire customers that align with the Bosch/OTC brand portfolio.
• Manage key accounts for the Tools and Equipment portfolio serving the independent automotive aftermarket.
• Collaborate with internal Bosch departments (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to meet service levels, sales, and profit targets.
• Work with customer Category Managers to create joint growth plans and lead line‑review processes.
• Maintain 100% portfolio and price alignment with customers and nurture cross‑functional relationships.
• Analyze competition to identify new business ideas and growth opportunities.
• Organise joint market visits and represent Bosch at trade shows.
• Track key account metrics and drive improvement activities across both organisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of automotive or large national accounts experience.
• Strong understanding of Bosch aftermarket product portfolio and the competitive landscape.
