About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join a founder‑led premium fashion boutique in Richmond. You will deliver a highly personalised styling experience, nurture long‑term client relationships and help drive the boutique’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an elevated, personalised styling service for every client.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business.
• Maximise sales opportunities through expert product knowledge and client‑centred selling.
• Support day‑to‑day boutique operations and take ownership in the absence of management.
• Maintain impeccable visual‑merchandising standards.
• Assist with client events and contribute ideas for social media and local marketing.
• Lead by example with a hands‑on, energetic approach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium or luxury fashion retail.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and client‑eling.
• Passion for styling and building complete wardrobes.
• Commercial mindset with confidence to maximise sales opportunities.
• High energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership when required.
• Strong communication skills and an engaging personality.
• Interest in social media and digital engagement is desirable.

• Salary up to £31,000 per year.
• Competitive commission (OTE up to £6,000 per annum).
