Senior Sales Development Representative – SaaS & CFO Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting for a private‑equity backed SaaS company that provides compliance and regulatory reporting solutions. The role focuses on engaging CFO‑level stakeholders in mid‑market and enterprise organisations and building a high‑quality pipeline of £50k‑£250k ARR opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email and phone to target senior finance leaders.
• Qualify leads using structured discovery and position the broader SaaS platform rather than a single solution.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
• Measure and improve engagement quality, conversion rates and overall outbound effectiveness.
• Help shape and scale the SDR function, with potential to move into a leadership role as the team expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDR or similar role in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within finance, ERP, tax or compliance solutions.
• Track record of engaging senior stakeholders (CFO, Heads of Tax, Finance Leaders) in complex organisations.
• Commercially driven, highly organised and comfortable taking initiative to optimise processes.
