Senior Sales Manager

About the role

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join its UK office in Berkhamsted. You will lead the acquisition of new contractor business, drive revenue growth and support the wider sales team in a fast‑moving staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business contacts to generate contractor requests.
• Build and implement detailed sales plans to meet financial and budgetary targets.
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports and forecasts.
• Set individual objectives for direct reports, schedule reviews and track progress.
• Oversee daily sales and administrative activities to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with genuine interest in people’s ideas and concerns.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and planning abilities.
