Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

Palmer Snell, part of the Connells Group, is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join its residential sales team in Yeovil. You will work within a leading UK property services business, delivering high‑quality service to customers while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch, including coordination with mortgage advisors.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in estate agency.
• Ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
