Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fast‑growing auction business in Oxfordshire. You will work closely with partner estate agents, buyers and sellers to drive property sales through the auction process while enjoying flexible working arrangements and extensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property listings throughout the auction cycle, providing proactive communication and support to clients.
• Liaise with partner estate agents to generate and manage new property instructions.
• Provide regular vendor updates and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of partner agents and assist buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
• Review and qualify properties for online auctions, offering expert guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise sales and business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in property, sales or a customer‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients over the phone.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, persuasive and customer‑focused approach.
• Ambitious, driven and motivated by success.
