Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our growing estate agency in St. Albans. You will be responsible for guiding property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify buyers, matching them with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional, informative service.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and applicant management.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing regular updates.
• Assist with property valuations and support senior management in winning new instructions.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sales.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and commercially minded.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or company vehicle provided).

Required skills

• Experience using estate agency CRM software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of £28,000‑£50,000 per annum.
