Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our fast‑growing team at the Iver or Hounslow office. This permanent, office‑based position offers the chance to develop your career within a dynamic residential estate agency.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new sales instructions and build client relationships.
• Conduct property valuations and present them to potential sellers.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and manage the sales progression process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and ensure compliance with agency standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years solid experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and closing sales.
• Stable employment history with strong performance metrics.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a ULEZ‑compliant vehicle.
• Good local knowledge of the Iver/Hounslow area.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £55,000 (DOE) with OTE around £60,000.
• Commission structure ranging from 5% to 10%.
• Company car or fuel allowance based on performance.
• Monday‑Friday schedule with alternate Saturdays.
