Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a leading residential property developer in Kingston upon Thames. You will work within a new‑homes environment, guiding buyers from initial enquiry through to reservation and exchange while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle buyer enquiries and qualify applicants.
• Conduct viewings and sales appointments.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
• Present development information confidently and professionally.
• Negotiate offers and secure reservations.
• Manage the sales process through to exchange.
• Follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Work towards sales targets and conversion objectives.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential sales, new homes or estate agency.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, well‑presented and confident with clients.
• Commercially minded and target driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
• Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential.
