Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a respected independent estate agency in Letchworth. The successful candidate will combine strong valuation expertise with a proven ability to generate new business and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and secure new sales instructions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales through to successful completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or Lister.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, well‑presented and confident manner.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
