Senior Salesforce Admin

About the role

carwow is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help scale its internal platforms as the business grows rapidly. Based in the Business Innovation team, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce initiatives that support Sales, Customer Experience and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive intake, analysis and execution of Salesforce change requests, turning business needs into scalable solutions.
• Act as the primary contact for complex platform issues, ensuring rapid root‑cause resolution.
• Lead the full lifecycle of enhancements: scope, design, configure, test and deploy.
• Own configuration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom objects, automation, validation rules, permissions and reporting.
• Manage technical debt and ensure long‑term platform scalability.
• Implement and optimise integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems.
• Deliver training and create enablement material for end users and power users.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven ability to balance technical debt, speed and clean design in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working in agile teams using tools such as Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, operations and support.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent credibility.

• Salesforce (Flows, declarative tools, validation rules).
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration.
• Integration knowledge (data flows, security).
• Apex and Lightning Web Components (bonus).
• Report and dashboard creation.
