Senior SEO Executive

About the role

CNS Media Ltd is seeking a Senior SEO Executive to lead organic growth for a portfolio of national and regional brands. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine technical SEO expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable results for small to mid‑size client retainers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO delivery for multiple client accounts, prioritising tasks by impact and business value.
• Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation, canonicalisation and redirects.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and on‑page optimisation, including ecommerce SEO where relevant.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and account managers to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Produce clear reports for clients, explaining performance insights and next steps.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude for research, reporting and quality assurance.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, with ownership of at least one sizeable ecommerce or lead‑generation site.
• Strong technical grounding in crawls, indexation, Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain data to clients of varying technical knowledge.
