Senior Service Advisor – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in South West London. In this customer‑focused position you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle collection.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on vehicle servicing and Jaguar Land Rover products.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, updating them on service progress and answering queries.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop control to manage vehicle status and delivery times.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy dealership environment.
• Work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends, to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn and progress, with training provided.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Previous retail customer‑service experience (minimum requirement).
• Ability to build genuine rapport with customers.

Required skills

• Kerridge (working knowledge preferred).
