Senior ServiceNow Engineer - GRC/IRM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the GRC/IRM platform for a major financial services organisation. This hybrid role (three days onsite per week) offers the chance to own technical delivery while influencing platform strategy, governance and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IRM, BCM and TPRM modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, driving automation and integration.
• Triaging, estimating and delivering enhancements, upgrades and releases while maintaining a strong Health Scan score.
• Provide technical governance, change approval and lead testing/preparation for platform upgrades.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and process guides; mentor junior and offshore team members.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and globally to share best practice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow, with deep IRM module expertise.
• Strong understanding of risk management, GRC and best‑practice configuration.
• Proven experience in a regulated environment such as financial services or insurance.
• Ability to manage audit and IT security requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
