Senior Site Manager – Bridgwater

About the role

Miller Homes is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a new development in Bridgwater, South‑West England. You will be responsible for delivering the project to financial, quality, construction and safety standards while supporting the company’s commitment to better homes and thriving communities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all labour, including direct staff and sub‑contractors, work in line with the build programme.
• Maintain strict compliance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan for all site activities.
• Coordinate material, service and sub‑contractor orders with the Commercial department and manage call‑offs as required.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to keep Senior Directors informed of progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in housebuilding.
• Stable background, preferably with a PLC delivering 75+ units per year.
• Drive to achieve internal and external awards such as NHBC, SH&E, or Considerate Contractor.
• Ability to lead and oversee a site team effectively.
