Senior Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (CAT A)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to lead a high-profile CAT A office fit-out project in Doncaster. Joining a reputable contractor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of premium commercial spaces, starting within the next two weeks.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise all subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor and maintain strict project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold rigorous Health & Safety standards across the entire site.
• Provide regular, detailed reporting to management and key project stakeholders.
• Guarantee overall site performance, quality control, and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in commercial fit-out projects, specifically CAT A office environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Highly proactive approach to problem-solving and site management.

Required Skills & Certifications

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Expertise in CAT A commercial fit-out processes.
• Advanced site supervision and scheduling capabilities.
