Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day construction of projects up to £7 million across South East England. Based on site, you will ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site operational staff to achieve safe, quality construction outcomes.
• Manage procurement, installation and commissioning activities to meet programme and budget targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project plans and ensure compliance with contractual, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Plan and coordinate operational resources to maximise customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification with proven site‑management experience.
• Working towards or holding professional membership (CIOB, RICS or similar).
• Excellent communicator able to influence at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, health‑and‑safety management and design‑and‑build processes.
• IT‑competent with knowledge of planning techniques and relevant software.
