Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead major electricity distribution projects across high‑voltage environments in Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for overseeing critical construction and commissioning activities on EHV cable, overhead line, and substation sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site‑based delivery of EHV construction projects.
• Oversee works across substations, cables and overhead line environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors on live sites.
• Support commissioning and completion activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years site supervision experience in electricity distribution or transmission.
• Experience working in environments up to 132kV.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• SMSTS certification and relevant electrical or civil background.
