Senior Software Test Engineer - DV

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to join a small, agile delivery team that ensures the quality of secure, mission‑critical software. You will work closely with developers, DevOps specialists, architects and product owners, embedding testing throughout modern CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API and end‑to‑end testing.
• Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression and exploratory tests.
• Perform non‑functional testing including performance, security, accessibility and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and champion continuous testing practices.
• Collaborate with Agile teams using TDD, BDD, ATDD and other modern engineering approaches.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tooling and engineering standards.
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices across delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in both manual and automated software testing.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work on complex, secure, mission‑critical software projects.
