Senior Solution Architect – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

This contract position supports a major transformation programme for a well‑established financial services organisation. You will shape enterprise solutions, influence technical direction and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver change.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure architectural alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with fellow architects, technical teams and programme stakeholders.
• Balance business outcomes with technical best practice.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Senior Solution Architect in large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Background in Financial Services, Banking or Building Societies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across the full project lifecycle.
