Senior S&OP Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operational Planning process across multiple regions from our Oxford office. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Production, Engineering and Finance to create a data‑driven planning cycle that aligns demand, supply and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end S&OP cycle, including demand, supply, scenario planning and regular reviews.
• Align cross‑functional teams to produce feasible, balanced plans.
• Support capacity planning and improve supply‑chain responsiveness.
• Drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement of the S&OP process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global supply‑chain planning, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Track record of improving S&OP/IBP processes and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
