Senior Sourcing & Supplier Manager

About the role

Kensington Mortgages is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Supplier Manager to lead the IT sourcing function. This remote, 12‑month fixed‑term role will ensure that all IT goods and services are sourced cost‑effectively while managing third‑party risk in a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT sourcing strategy across contract renewals, new agreements and supplier selection.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, influence commercial decisions and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Own category spend, drive cost savings and deliver value.
• Maintain key supplier relationships to ensure performance, innovation and service quality.
• Embed and support Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Provide governance, reporting and oversight to ensure compliance and risk control.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT sourcing or category management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations and contract management.
• Experience with Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) in regulated settings.
• Commercially driven with excellent stakeholder influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset capable of driving cost optimisation and supplier performance.
