Senior Specialist – Benefit Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Benefit Operations to join the People Services team. The role will manage the day‑to‑day administration of employee benefits and retirement programmes across assigned EMEA markets, ensuring a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end‑to‑end employee benefits programmes, including enrolments, eligibility changes, terminations and claims.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation point for benefits enquiries from employees, HR and stakeholders.
• Liaise with external vendors, brokers, insurance providers and system partners; maintain provider portals and process monthly changes.
• Review, reconcile and report on benefits data, manage invoicing, purchase orders and payments.
• Support annual enrolment cycles, maintain benefits calendars and create local work instructions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, support audits, compliance and risk‑management activities.
• Assist with system testing, enhancements and wellness programme communications.
• Deliver training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to HR teams and colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong background in benefits administration within an HR environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation and benefits regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
