Senior Specialist, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead change management within its Prepaid Management Services (MPMS) division. The role focuses on coordinating, tracking, and delivering change initiatives across internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance with Mastercard’s governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage changes through the MPMS change lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Ensure all changes adhere to governance, documentation, and approval requirements.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and decisions, surfacing risks early.
• Support internal change forums (CABs, working groups) by preparing agendas, papers, and decision requests.
• Record and communicate decisions and impacts clearly.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Customer Delivery, Compliance) to progress changes.
• Coordinate change activities with external partners and suppliers, monitoring SLA compliance.
