Senior Specialist, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard’s Portfolio Intelligence team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to shape the strategy and growth of data‑driven analytics solutions. You will work closely with customers, commercial partners and cross‑functional teams to turn market insights into scalable products that enable smarter business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and priorities for platform and analytics capabilities.
• Partner with customers, commercial teams and internal stakeholders to validate needs and translate market insights into product investments.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept, business case, delivery, launch, adoption to optimisation.
• Develop detailed business and product requirements, user stories and success metrics while collaborating with engineering.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑enabled, data‑driven features that create differentiated customer value.
• Analyse customer feedback, usage data, competitive intelligence and market trends to inform product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Drive alignment across product, commercial, operations and technology organisations to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Advanced product management experience with a track record of defining strategies and roadmaps for customer‑centric solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data and insights to influence decisions.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global, cross‑functional teams.

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Data analytics and intelligence concepts.
• AI/ML fundamentals for product features.
