Senior Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Executive

About the role

This is a 360° exhibition sales position with an award‑winning events business. You will own the full commercial lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and renewals, working with a mix of SMEs and global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Sell exhibition stand space, sponsorship packages and integrated marketing opportunities.
• Develop new business while expanding a portfolio of existing exhibitor accounts.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers across target sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, close and renewals.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and industry functions to generate new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and content teams to maximise exhibitor success and sponsorship activation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in exhibition, sponsorship or related commercial sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end sales processes and renewals.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable attending events and networking to generate leads.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams.
